โOur check engine light came on while in route to Atlanta from Dallas fathers day weekend. Long story short, we had to have our Escalade towed to Wagner Cadillac (engine failure ended up needing the entire engine replaced). We broke down right off 20, and parked at Pilot. โThis is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.โ
โI was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldnโt pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! โ
โWhat an amazing find. Super cute and extremely comfortable. There were 3 seperate rooms. Kitchenette with dining table, living room with television and desk, large bedroom with televion and a great bathroom with walk in tub. Close to downtown, food and entertainment.โ

โI liked that this property was at the end of a drive with wooded area on two sides, it was quiet, but yet very accessible to I 20.
Breakfast the next morning was filling with something that we appreciate here in Texas, biscuits and gravy! Along with that, Plenty of other selections.โ

The staff is friendly, and the room I got was clean. Quiet hotel. Great place to sit and write my books! The breakfasts have a good variety of hot and cold food.
I slept well on a comfy bed.โ
โThe only thing that keeps this from being all 5 stars is the pool was closed. The next time Iโm in Lindale I will
be staying at the Springhill Suites.โ
