“The Springfield Lodge is a lovely property outside of the center of Stirling. It appears to be a fairly new home, with about 6 guest rooms and a light-filled breakfast room with a view of Wallace Monument and an open fief and hills. The hosts, spotless room and bathroom, food, and onsite parking make this a terrific place to stay for a visit to Stirling. ”

“An amazing old but well maintained house, newly renovated with all the modern comfort in the middle of a huge park with meadows and old trees. Our room was very large and the beds really comfortable. The bath was in relation to the room a bit smaller with an even smaller sink anyway no reason to complain. “I have to mention, that we were the first time in scotland. Yes the room was smal, but this House and our room has so much charme. It was clean everywhere. The breakfast was very good. But i must say, that our special Thanks have to go to the host. He was so lovley and kindful. We are totally thrilled. ”

“A night in a tent in a garden for £140 is a bit expensive specially for the quality of it. Floor uneven and cracked, and smelt a bit dump. Bathroom (in main house) is a bad design and water goes everywhere. We wanted to ask the owner questions, while they were in their private room, and as soon as we tried to get their attention, they went quiet and ignored us. They must have been able to hear me. I found it rude.”
