"Pictures online were deceptive. Room is much smaller than we thought it would be. Upon entering the room, there was sand scattered throughout the room. The shower took forever to drain after taking a shower. We were only given one roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. Towels or rags were not restocked for us the entire stay. A housekeeper came once on the third day and made up one bed. We disposed of our trash in their dumpster because no one ever came to pick it up. So we had to buy our own toilet paper, extra towels and rags and a broom to sweep because these things were not done for us. Very disappointed with this stay. The pool and tiki bar were nice, though."
