The Palmetto Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Panama City. It’s very clean, right on the beachfront, and conveniently located to the most popular eateries. We had an ocean view room and it was wonderful. We had a great view of the ocean, the pool and even the fireworks since we stayed during 4 July our room was very clean and the staff was friendly and they come to clean the room every day opposed to just before you come and after you leave. This has easily become our favorite spot. We will be back. Thank you!

We booked this property last minute due to availability. The price was reasonable and allowed us to access the beach easily even though we didnt stay on the beach side. We were able to buy ice for the cooler right at the front desk. Basically we just needed a place to shower and nap...it worked well for us. Would book it again.

we came down for the gulf coast jam and the condo we rented had been sold and we were not notified by the owner or vrbo and after 2 hours of going back and forth with Vrbo we finally got a refund and were able to find a last minute rental at the Palemento Thankfully ! From check in to check out the customer service was extremely wonderful. At the time of check in there was a man who wasn't friendly to the front desk clerk Anthony but that didn't stop Anthony from doing his job or being polite to him or anyone else. Great job Anthony! Wonderful place ill definitely be booking my next stay here also. The view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Beautiful gulf view! Friendliest staff! Anthony was a great welcome! Every staff member was always so nice! Pools were kept clean and so was the room! Handicap parking lot was a challenge.
