“While generally clean enough, the property does not let visitors know in advance that: a) their room will not have a TV; b) the rooms do not have cell service; c) the room has no desk; and, d) most of the rooms require a walk up a hill so steep that it required two "back-and-forth" paths. In addition, computer problems screwed up check-in such that after walking up the big hill, my key didn't work because it was for the wrong room.
