"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The young lady at check-in was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process fast and easy after a long day of traveling. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is that every time I receive a review request, it references a welcoming gift, but I have never actually received one during any of my stays. It’s a small detail, but something worth noting for consistency with guest expectations. The only other thing was there was a homeless young man who was getting the free coffee, and the staff literally threw him out the door. It broke my heart."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and the condition of the hotel right now is by far the worst I have ever seen. Everything is dingy, dirty, old, and musty. They leave the front door open, probably because the air is so stale in there. The first room I was given the entire floor had a horrible smell when I got off the elevator. When I got to my room the air conditioner was making it really loud noise, the room smelled very mildewy and the bathroom had a foul odor. I went back down and had my room changed and they put me on the first floor with a window without curtains that clothes completely. So I had to use a hanger to keep the curtains closed. The floor had a sticky feel to it, and the carpet felt dirty under your feet. I had to wear socks or my shoes the entire time I was in there from the moment I stepped out of the shower. The walls were dirty, the volume button on the TV remote didn't work. Overall, the hotel was very disappointing and I should have stayed with my original hotel choice, but I tried to save money and I paid for it."

"Property Entrance was perfect fine but once I went to my unit while doing the virtual check in my code didn't seem to work and the door wouldn't open I requested a new code a few minutes later and still the door wouldn't open I had force the door open to let myself in. And as far as privacy in the unit I find it very frustrating and upsetting that you cant enjoy family time inside the unit know laughter, talking, and family fun they consistently send you text messages saying that we are to loud. How are you suppose to enjoy family time when your being monitored in your own unit that u paid for a family vacation. And to top it off we had arrived on a Tuesday and checked out on a Sunday and was never told or nor they had any notification that the pool was closed we had to find out by somebody in the area when we asked where the pool was and was told that its been closed for over a month and it would be back open on Friday. Lack of communication and privacy from these apartments."

"The cleaning ladies were very friendly. The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was low to average. Only stayed 2 nights was not able to use any of the amenities due to our busy schedule. Would stay here again."
