The staff were very polite friendly and helpful. Though we had booked a back room, we got upgraded to one in the front of the hotel with a view over the river. The room had individual heating control. On cold days this was most welcom.

Room was clean , sheets were clean , staff rips people off when it comes to breakfast. Don’t think paying 15 euros for some bread and juice is worth it because “they ran out of meat”. Kind of ridiculous
