Front desk manager is rude and keeps his back turned to guests as he leans on the counter talking to staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff are friendly. "It was underwhelming for the price. It was clean and the staff were nice. There was a hockey tournament in town so the hotel was very busy and loud when we were there. The hot tub closed after our first night due to broken tile."
