This place was what I could describe as the worst place. They gave my room to someone else and couldn’t get them out and gave me what I could describe as staff quarters no tea coffee I didn’t sleep as I felt unsafe as a lone woman and a member off staff was shouting on her phone most of the night. The room was disgusting as there were cobwebs on the ceiling. There was dust on the furniture. I noticed a small creature on my bed too. I would never stay here again.
