“Noisy room next door the first night. Great front desk staff. Christian was awesome! Good recommendations on food and restaurants. Details not attended to. Provide clean coffee cups. Shower curtain not installed correctly. Had to replace remote. Missed little pieces of trash on floor. Lights are weird. Generally for the money, not good value. Restaurant food was great and so was service. Smart water in room is foolish. Need water for coffee. Safe was helpful. ”

“The room and location were great. The unit was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had everything we needed. The only complaint we would have is the living room furniture was not at all comfortable, but we were in the room so little, it wasn't much of an issue for is. ”

“Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. ”

“Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.”

“I was locked out of my hotel the first night had to go to another hotel. Every night after that I had to be back to the hotel by 9 or I was locked out. Our vacation was ruined. The people will not refund my money they keep giving me the runaround it is nonsense!!!! ”
