It was exactly what we needed and very clean. Check in and check out went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay! Parking was the only inconvenience to us because we had to walk with all of our belongings across the street.

It was small and nice. For a short stay it’s perfect. But anything longer I would suggest somewhere else. If you are traveling alone it doesn’t get any better than this. Perfect location near downtown.

Great place

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again.

Wonderful apartment experience.

It was a lot to get everything together but once you do the process once you get there it’s super easy and convenient. Just pick you your keys and enjoy your place. Has everything you need this was great location. Short walks to stadiums and to restaurants

Everything went smoothly, the 1 bed room was a great size and my wife and I had no problem sharing the Queen bed. There was ample room in the bathroom and living room to relax. Went for sporting event at Lucas Oil. About a 25 mniute walk that was easy and safe. Many bar and restaurant options within 10 minute walk. Would stay there again!

My high school senior and I stayed at this property to attend a swim meet at the Natatorium. It’s a short walk from Whole Foods, and a 7 minute drive from the Natatorium. We found a few free parking spots on East. The apartment was clean and modern. I was able to work remotely with nice backgrounds and fast WiFi. There’s a bit of a sophisticated system to get to a key locker to get in. Read your emailed instructions carefully to save yourself time.

Fix the Key Kiosk and it is a perfect spot!

This apartment was really perfectly located for the NEC at the Stadium and Convention Center. It was clean and cozy and once checked in. I did have the same issue as a couple other reviewers that the code to use the key kiosk did not work. But I messaged and got a call within 5 minutes and the woman opened it manually. I was expecting it so it didn't bother me, but it's not ideal.

Convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium

We were in town for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium and found this location to be easily walkable to and from the stadium - about a 10-15 minute walk. Access instructions were excellently laid out in the email and communication gets 5 stars for sure! I missed that it was a full size bed but it was comfortable. It is not a large space - smaller than most hotel rooms but for two people for two nights it was enough space for us, especially since we were out and about most of the time. The kitchen looked fully stocked though we didn’t utilize it at all. We parked in the parking lot at the end of the block, app was easily downloaded from the sign and payment was very reasonable ($12/night).

Didnt like the communication from representative. Was not able to enter building due to needing special code. Was never told about this. Stood in the cold waiting for it. Once inside the lock box code didnt work. They sent a new one and it didnt work. Had to create a one time code to get our key. The room was nice. It was clean.

Quality accommodations for downtown walking

Stayed for the work truck show this year in downtown Indianapolis, opted to stay at this property because of it being walkable. Aside from a minor hiccup initially when picking up my key, I have no complaints. Everything was perfect

An honest review

Stayed here two nights for the Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium. Property is beautiful, great communication with property management, within 20 minutes walk to Lucas Oil and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. only complaints I would have is the handle to turn the shower on was very loose, tough to get the right temp. The tub drain was also clogged, so showering in standing water was less than desirable. Some of the silverware also appeared to not be washed. Overall I would probably stay again, but would like the amenities to be in adequate condition next time.

Do not forget anything in there. They will claim not to have it despite knowing that it was left. There was a pan left in the oven and it smelled of tuna, which means they did not bother cleaning well at all. Just get a proper hotel.

They will tow your vehicle and not tell you or warn you even if you payed for parking. My vehicle was damaged while they towed and was never called about it. They damaged my personal property. And towed my vehicle even tho I payed for a space. I will never come back here again

I have requested a full refund from cozy suites. My stay started off horribly as I was not able to access my room at all via the cozy suite system. The key cubby thing was broken. As you may be aware, this isn’t a real hotel, they are rented out apartments that cozy suites treats like an Airbnb. There is no one on site to deal with no help other than through your cell phone. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get a key foband at that point I only had one because of the on-site employee not associated with cozy suites. He was a grid employee who went out of his way to be helpful because he could tell we were not going to get access to a room via the cozy suites process. Once I was in the room, the disappointment continued. The gross disgusting, college dorm like setting was underwhelming at best. There was a stained futon in the middle of a room that slid around on the crappy plastic floors. There was no hairdryer in the room. There was basically a mattress on a boxspring on the floor. No nightstand to be seen. I’m sure this is a cost-effective way to make money for cozy suites, but the entire experience and the actual accommodations were terrible. I cannot believe I paid over $200 for this experience. I think the most upsetting issues were it is an unsafe process. I was essentially locked in a hallway with no way out trying to get my key out of a wall mounted unit for over an hour. I was not able to get back into the building or exit the building as the doors were loc

Spend your money elsewhere

Starting with the booking process, the entire thing was a hassle and definitely not worth the time it took. Upon my arrival I was provided the incorrect door code and had to wait outside my room over 10 minutes prior to gaining access. I was told they would reset my code and then send to me in an email, I never receieved the email. I had to reach out 3 more times to finally get them to reset and send a code. The first reposne I received was that they had a high volume of requests. Funny that my issue was not a priority to them seeing as how I had no access to my room. Finally got the access issue resolved. Not to mention the corridor leading to these rooms was very poorly lit and very unsafe. Once I finally gained entry the room itself was okay, the unit I was in could definitely have used some fresh paint a good carpet cleaning as there were stains everywhere. The bed was okay, not much there as it was a mattress on a cheap stand. They provide ONE towel, while this was communicated in an email prior I assumed there would at least be hand towels or wash rags but no.... one... single... towel. This property was so bad I had a female employee of mine who had originally booked at the same place get a room elsewhere as this was a safety issue that I was not willing to project upon her. All in all the thought of a full apartment while traveling is nice but that ends there. Put your money somewhere else that cares about their customer's safety.

I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again.
