“Modern design, good breakfast & cooking. Had reserved mobility access but was not provided & staff did not explain. Broken bathroom door handle, noisy glass dividers. Did not see rv parking & asked but staff directed us to park wherever we could find space across any spots. Luckily we found a spot for our 40’ truck & trailer. Expensive room at $200+!”
“I stayed at the Travel Inn once before this time and both times were pretty good. I feel the room was even better this time. Room seemed a bit bigger and was clean. Only thing i don’t like is how the tv doesn’t have a guide but thats personal preference. Located in pretty decent area with alot of food options. Seems like a pretty safe area as well. Also, the breakfast could be a bit better but again, personal preference. Overall, would stay again”
“There was one ice machine in the building and it was broken. We bought a bag at the gas station. Our room was near the end of the hallway on first floor, so we used the door there. The large trash can outside the door was full and smelled bad. I politely asked front desk lady if it could be emptied. She said yes, but never emptied it. We had a handicapped room. The tub was slick when I stepped in. The only handle was outside the tub. I almost fell.”
“The management and staff was awesome. The only concern and problems we noticed were the following:
1. From the time you walk in it smells like mildew or mold. Not your normal fresh hotel smell for a newer facility
2. The gym was nice but the wall A/C was causing water damage and it created a mold smell. Additionally, the staff kept a water bucket under A/C to catch the water. The water bucket was running over creating a puddle and stream of water upon entry. Could no longer enjoy my...
