Hôtel défraîchi, literie inconfortable, éléments abimés dans la chambre, lavabo bouché à notre arrivée, wifi fonctionnant très mal et petit déjeuner minimaliste. Néanmoins propre.

Towels were in average shape with holes in them and looked fairly old and well used. There were ants all over the floors which I mentioned to a front desk lady but nothing appears to have been done about them. The curtains had holes in them as well probably from cigarette burns? Breakfast was average, it's as if they expected everyone eats only cakes in the mornings? Staff didn't even put out any cold milk for the generic looking cereals that was available and there never was complete cutlery available anyway. Nobody was readily available in the dining area to ask for anything that was lacking except on 1 of the 4 mornings that I was there for breakfast This place was definitely not up to the quality that one would expect in a 4 star rated hotel.

Nice looking hotel from outside . noisy rooms if staying above kitchen as we did . Meal times a little disorganised breakfast hit n miss .

This hotel does not sleep

Hotel is clean, nice pool, staff are friendly around the pool but the reception staff don't speak any English so was hard to communicate when they could not find my booking. All night till early hours of the morning music would be on, drunk people shouting and clapping. This really let this hotel down. I wouldn't stay there again.

Very remote, but clean and tidy

Hotel was okay. Stayed for a few days and was good for the time we were there. Very remote. Would definitely need to hire a car if you wanted to go anywhere else (strongly recommend doing this). Staff were friendly although speak little or no English at all, so hard to communicate. Rooms were basic and dated, although very clean. Swimming pool is used by the locals as well, and the rule is everyone must wear a swimming hat! Music can sometimes be loud in the evening and does run until the early hours of the morning, so be warned. Other than that, okay hotel for a short break in the Sicilian countryside.
