“The hotel’s location is a real plus — close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received. “Room was not clean at all. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had chewed gum on the floor, used bar soap in the tub, dirt in the tub, and potential dirty towel with blood in it. The room had an odor as well. The staff said they couldn’t help and just told us to email the manager. Not sure if this was isolated to just my room but would not recommend booking here”

“Hotel is very well located. Near beach, shops, coffee shops, the Marginal way. Breakfast is extremely minimal- nothing fancy. Rooms are very outdated - I did not feel the sheets were cleaned properly, carpet in rooms is a huge no no for hotels. Parking is good and staff is helpful upon arrival”
