“Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. Beispiel Bruchstück: Wir mussten dem Herrn alles mühsam sagen. Teller fehlen, Gläser fehlen, Orangenjus fehlt, nur noch 1 Gipfels vor Ort, dürfen wir noch...

“Pas de service, peu d’eau chaude, électroménager usé, matelas usé, très chaud dans l’appartement sans même un ventilateur. À plus de 150€ la nuit, c’est une anomalie. Dommage car l’appartement est spacieux et bien situé au cœur de la citadelle ”

“Excellent mountain view, breakfast, and staff. My only complaint was the lack of sidewalk from the hotel to the city centre. This is not the hotel’s fault. We took a car from the hotel, as we did not feel safe walking on the road, especially at night. There is not much of a shoulder, and the drivers tended to drive quite fast!”
