“It is a very clean property with fantastic views”

“The problem we had was the hotel did not receive our reservation from Expedia. The desk staff told me to book another room now and deal with Expedia to get our money back. I showed her my receipt and the confirmation. She still insisted on not having our reservation. So I decided to communicate via on line chat with Expedia and luckily within 10 minutes the hotel received the confirmation. I have never been in this situation in my life in a foreign country. The past 2 days at another properties...

“Dejligt hotel. Rigtig gode betingelser på hotellet. Venligt personale.”

“Easy location close to Bonafacio, great pool, spacious and clean room with a nice patio and great AC. Helpful and kind staff, and our family loved it. Concerns were 1) the wifi did not work at our cabin even after we asked the staff about it 2) considering the price we paid, I would have preferred not to have to take out the garbage, wash the dishes, and to strip the bedsheets and towels outside for the cleaners. But I would still stay there again despite these minor complaints.”
