"The room was pretty spacious and very clean (bathroom as well). There were a ton of areas to lounge and relax throughout the hotel property."

"Overall, it was okay. However, there is no safe or secure place to store passports, money, and other valuables, so you end up carrying them with you all the time. It was also a shame that there were no sun loungers provided with the tent, as they would have made it much more comfortable to relax outside. The air conditioning in our tent didn’t work, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the swimming pools were excellent, and the market was very good, especially for fresh bread. It’s definitely family-friendly, although it can be quite loud at times."

"Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are a couple of points that could be improved. We noticed some signs of mold in the shower, which should be addressed. Also, the website advertises a restaurant, but it is more of a small snack bar/diner-style venue rather than a full-service restaurant, especially in the evening. In addition, the dining area does not offer a direct view of the Colosseum as some guests might expect. Aside from these minor issues, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel. Overall, we were very happy with our stay."

"Our stay at the Napoleon Hotel was fantastic. If you’re expecting a 5-star hotel, dont stay here. The rooms are pretty small, it has a slightly rundown feeling but we were very well taken care of. Front desk staff were very nice and the rooms were well cleaned each day. For a budget stay, the amenities were great including a balcony and roof access. My only real complaint is less about the hotel and more about the location. The good thing about the location is that the metro entrance is directly in front of the hotel. The complaint is that at times, especially at night, the area feels a little unsafe. Overall, if this hotel fits in your budget stay, I would highly suggest it as a place to stay for your visit in Rome."
