"This place is a true gem in the outskirts of Rome and in my opinion 10 stars! The AC was amazing especially for an EU hotel. It was equivalent to USA air conditioning and I highly recommend if traveling to Italy in the summer. The Roof Top restaurant was delicious and the ambiance was pleasant. The staff was awesome, very accommodating, and offered numerous options from a "locals" perspective. If you are looking for the local flare away from the tourists and the prices, yet still want to see Rome and all the highlights, this place and location was perfect!"

"Fantastic place, the pools are brilliant - never had a problem getting a sunbed. Stayed in a Stay Smart which was fine for 2a 1c but would have been cramped for more I recon. Needs more storage space for clothes. Kitchenette was ok had most things you need. Market was well stocked Restaurant on site wasn’t the best and the food trucks were hit and miss but the pizza and chicken were lovely. The pool bars were good and the cafe with the ice cream was fab Lots of positives. Would advice to book a bigger caravan then you think you might need for the extra space"

"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Front desk team member Tamer, welcomed us with warm, attentive service and an unmistakable sense of elegance. He himself dropped our luggage to our room. The property was beautifully maintained, with sophisticated décor, a serene atmosphere, and thoughtful details throughout, Its four different buildings within close proximity. Our room was spacious ( enough for a couple), impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and everything we could have wished for. As per our request staff arranged for electric kettle for us. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire experience felt refined and effortless. The breakfast was a particular highlight of our stay. The selection was generous and beautifully presented, with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, hot dishes, and freshly prepared options. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. The breakfast area itself had a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, making it a lovely way to start the day. The staff were professional, gracious, and genuinely attentive, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. Every aspect of our stay reflected a high standard of hospitality. "Bob is a Lyft ride away about 15 mins from most of Rome and about 20-25 euro a ride. For the train it’s like a 15-18 min walk and I decided not to do that. The staff were really nice, speak English well and very helpful anytime I needed anything. The room balcony was nice overlooking the street area with the European style black out shutters. I never watched the tv there but the room was very clean and the bathroom was well kept, very spacious for me. I didn’t like the bed or the pillows it was quite firm and I need to soft to sleep on so I didn’t sleep well. I got sick my last two days there which sucked so I rested."

"Little way out of town but only a 10 euro taxi ride to the colosseum. We liked this hotel and would return. Nothing exceptional overall which is why I rated it good but there was certainly nothing wrong with it either. Breakfast staff were the exception - very hardworking and attentive. Couple of decent eateries very close by if you dont want to go into the city centre."
