Escolha acertadíssima!

A atenção e disponibilidade da Flávia foram o ponto alto dessa estadia. Super atenciosa e de fácil comunicação durante toda a viagem, fomos muito bem recebidas desde o início, não nos faltando nada. A acomodação fica em uma excelente localização, onde há um "atalho" para o Parque Capivari em uma curta caminhada da casa. E não há barulho algum do centrinho ou arredores, o que facilita o descanso. No quarto há um ótimo aquecedor, que nos salvou no frio de julho, e as roupas de cama são muito boas. O café da manhã pode ser servido no quarto, em uma cesta, que é perfeitamente bem servida para um casal, ou com um voucher que pode ser utilizado num café ao lado. Não usei essa segunda opção porque a primeira nos atendeu super bem! Agradeço a presteza e atenção da Flávia e da Silvana, que nos receberam muito bem e estavam sempre dispostas a ajudar. No mais, não ser um "hotel" propriamente dito com recepção e serviço de quarto clássicos não me fez falta. Voltaria e me hospedar com certeza. Obrigada!

Decepcionante

A casa tem 6 quartos, uma sala de entrada muito bem decorada, jardins lindos, piscina porem pecam pelo atendimento. Nao e hotel. E tipo um airbnb. O quarto que fiquei era muito pequeno e tinha uma cama muito grande. Nao tinha nenhuma cadeira. Alem de ser ao lado de uma escada de madeira e muito barulhenta. Quanto ao servico de quarto tive que pedir para tirar o lixo do banheiro, que por sinal era o unico, e estava cheio. A pessoa so tirou o lixo nao fez nenhuma arrumacao nem limpeza no piso, banheiro, pia. Fiquei 4 diarias sem limpeza. Nao tinha ninguem la. So contato por mensagem. O cafe da manha e decepcionante. Feito por uma cafeteria ao lado porem carissimo e sem opcao. Nao tem uma fruta no cardapio. Usam o cardapio normal para nos atender e dao um voucher de 45.00 Comer um pao e um cafe ja acabou. Percebi que ha convenio com outras pousadas que tem alguns kits de cafe da manha ja montados e creio que as pessoas se alimentam melhor. Pelo preco da diaria paga, nao vale a pena.

Lugar bonito , aconchegante, sem falar na localização que é excelente! Bem próximo ao centro da cidade. Água e café disponíveis a qualquer hora do dia , o hóspede tem total liberdade na propriedade. Fica ao lado do restaurante crocodilo e o café da manhã que é oferecido em uma cafeteria é excelente!

Casa muito bonita, recepcionado com welcome coffee. Pessoal muito educado, voltaria mais vezes sem pensar. O café da manhã oferecido é um voucher numa cafeteria próxima e com valor limitado. Suficiente para mim, mas pode ser um problema para quem come muito.

Bom custo beneficio e localizacao excelente para rodar o centrinho capivari a pe, ja que estacionamento no festival de inverno e um Absurdo, o apto e bem montado numa casa que tem Uma funcionaria que cuida de tudo, o banheiro e antigo, a cama boa, tv tb, nao e bem Um hotel e sim quartos independentes, o cafe da manha e por meio de voucher para um restaurante, gostei do atendimento, do local, voltaria.
