Hotel antigo e mal conservado! O quarto cheira a mofo e a limpeza é ruim. O balcão de madeira da varanda está tão degradado que, se alguém se apoiar, tem grande chance de sofrer um acidente fatal. Não recomendo!

Nossa estadia no Home Green Home só não foi pior porque passávamos o dia fora e retornávamos apenas à noite. O quarto disponibilizado apresentava diversos problemas. A cozinha estava com vazamento na pia e um forte cheiro de esgoto. O suporte do micro-ondas estava torto, transmitindo sensação de falta de manutenção. Também solicitamos serviço de quarto e, ao retornarmos de um passeio, cansados e com uma bebê, encontramos o quarto sem arrumação, o que foi bastante frustrante. Outro ponto negativo foi a falta de um sistema adequado de aquecimento. O hotel é extremamente frio, tornando difícil permanecer nas áreas internas sem roupas pesadas. Solicitamos lenha para a lareira, mas a quantidade fornecida durou cerca de duas horas apenas, deixando o ambiente gelado pelo restante da noite. Além disso, o aquecedor disponível no quarto era muito pequeno para o tamanho do espaço. Os únicos pontos positivos foram o aquecimento do colchão e a educação dos funcionários, que sempre nos atenderam com cordialidade. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi decepcionante. Não recomendo e não pretendo voltar.

Os funcionários e café da manhã maravilhoso. Só as máquinas de café nao funcionava direito... Os quartos enormes, mas bem abandonado, cheirando a mofo, ficamos 2 noites e ninguém arrumou nosso quarto... Pedi um quarto para deficiente( pro meus pais) e o outro perto deles, eles nao arranjaram . Me jogaram no -7 era o último andar , 2 elevadores pra chegar no quarto dos meus pais q estavam no primeiro piso...um caos !! Hotel confuso, cheio de elevadores, alguns nao funcionava, torneiras pingando no quarto, falta de manutenção total. Muito bonito , mas muita coisa ficou a desejar. Não me pega mais !!

Os quartos do hotel são estilo duplex. A sacada com vista é bacana demais. O café é show de bola, os funcionários bem atenciosos. No geral eu curti bastante. Tem um estilo bem rústico, mas ainda sim me hospedaria novamente. Paguem um pouco a mais para ter a vista.

Local agradável, café da manhã bom, quartos espaçosos. Cafe da manhã bacana, funcionários bem prestativos. Distante do centro, mas isso já sabíamos no ato da reserva. Se a ideia é ficar nas montanhas é um bom hotel. O único ponto que me incomodou foi o cheiro de umidade do quarto e, provavelmente por conta do banheiro sem ventilação (umidade fica retida no quarto). Só não fica pior por que os quartos são grandes.

Hotel muito bonito e com uma vista linda. Precisam melhorar o acesso aos elevadores e a segurança do Hotel pois quando chegamos a noite, fica tenebroso descer no estacionamento e ir até o quarto.
