Ótimo Hotel!!!

Nós tivemos uma estadia muita rápida, apenas uma noite, mas foi suficiente para sentir o conforto do local, excelente atendimento dos funcionários, o hotel é bem aconchegante, servem um chá de boa noite dentro do próprio quarto. Foi uma experiência muito boa e com certeza voltaremos! Único ponto de oportunidade: no check out eles cobram uma taxa de 10% do valor total, mencionam que é opcional e esta taxa refere-se o serviço de atendimento prestado, só acho que isso deveria ser mencionado no check in, pois ficamos sem reação e acabamos pagando, porém, por opção nossa não utilizamos os serviços (café da manhã por ex.) pois foi uma passagem rápida. E esses 10% não são pouco visto que o preço da diária é relativamente alto. Fica a dica de mencionar antes e cada um já ter a melhor opção. Porem, todo resto vale reforçar que vale a pena.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Carvalho, que nos deu toda atenção necessária. O quarto e banheiro confortáveis e bem limpo , café da manhã bom com todos os itens necessários. A Chef Michelle Marucco foi a responsável pelo jantar, gostamos muito da comida e de sua simpatia. A adega além de bonita tem vinhos excelentes. No último dia no café da manhã recebemos uma homenagem musical pelo nossos 28 anos de casados, ficamos muito felizes e agradecidos. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram sempre muito prestativos , deixando o ambiente do hotel agradável e aconchegante, com certeza voltaremos.
