Staff was really helpful in arranging our floating market tour to which we had an amazing tour guide Natalie. They also helped with our bus tickets to Ho Chi Minh City. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was the right size for only me. The queen bed was comfortable. The chair provided was not. The TV did not work but I did not care enough to have the issue addressed. The bathroom was mostly clean. The bidet sprayer seemed worn out. Water temperature varied from day to day. Some days really hot. Some days no hot water at all. Pressure always good. The staff was 10/10. Courteous and friendly. Were always willing to help. I stayed for 19 days and my room was always put together like new. They always provided new towels and 2 bottles of free water. I would stay here again.
