Price and Location is really the key here. For $15/night, staying at one of the most central location, we can overlook the really worn in rooms, and really bare boned amenities. If you are planning to do and see the most of Can Tho, and is always out all day and just needed a place to sleep for a night or two, this works just fine.

Paid extra for superior room to get window but got only standard room without it. When i showed my booking confirmation to the staff, he tried to claim it on expedia and said all the rooms had sold out. Room was ok but AC didnt work at first when i got to the room. Not a pleased experience staying in this hotel after all

We had a problems at the time checked in and checked out due to very poor quality of the clerks can’t locate the reservation that we had already been Prepaid and at the time check out they want us to pay again? They Said they haven’t yet receive anything that shows that the Prepaid. It’s took 20 minutes for the clerk to get verified and we were late for out Transportation to the next designation and due to we were Rushed too much and upset with their service we had left servers items on the Taxi and got lost these items. Also the hotel not clean! It’s dirty and very poor conditions and no elevator and no bathroom broken in the lobby area so we were waiting for pickup. Nosie location located next to Buda Temple too much traffic and The noise from the street front located across from the public park

DO NOT BOOK THERE.

We arrived at the hotel and they told us they did not have any room left. They gave us the option to get a smaller room instead. The room did not have any air conditionner and it was really dirty, disgusting. Really a bad option for Can Tho as they have a lot of better place.

Is this... a hotel?

They let a 12-14 kid checked us in - no adult around The room is old, full with old/spare mattresses. The floor is peel off. Refrigerator is dirty. The stairs are small, and full with stuffs that don’t belong there - very unsafe. No toilet paper (and the front desk don’t have any either). Had to ask for towers b/c there is none in the room. Location of the hotel is wrong, compare to what is shown on the bookin site (it is way in the corner, on the other side of Do Quang Dau - not near Bui Vien).

Man is very pushy trying to get you to book a tour with them, even following you around town after you refuse. We booked on Expedia a room with a balcony, no balcony not even a window. We didn't go back down to complain as we didn't want to hear more about how happy we would become if we booked a tour with them and we only staying one night anyways. In the morning they said they thought we were someone else and accidently gave us the wrong room which may be fair enough however they had our passports so a name mix up didn't really make sense, and no one else was checking in at the same time. They didn't offer us any money back for having the cheaper room either. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor, and what looked like mould growing in the corners of the bedroom walls. Additionally we opened the door to the fridge for a second and the smell was so bad we had to hang out in the hallway with the door open (no window) for quite a while to get the smell out. However I will say the location is great and the woman at the front desk was very nice.

Hôtel bien placé en centre ville, cependant l'hygiène laisse à désirer, nous avons trouvé un trognon de fruit sur la table de nuit en arrivant et les draps étaient tachés. La baignoire était mal fixée au mur et pour ce qui est de l'eau chaude on ne nous a pas expliqué comment l´obtenir. J'ai dû escalader tant bien que mal sur la baignoire instable pour allumer au hasard le chauffe eau. L'accueil était bon et notre hôte s'est montrée serviable.

El hotel correcto,lo justo para dormir y ducharse.justo frente al mekong,las vistas desde la habitacion superior de es lujo,unque demasiado ruido pues es primera planta. Lo peor,el tour!!!contrate hacer el tour en para ver los mercados flotantes,me cobraron 40$,les dije que me parecia muy caro,pero me dijeron que es que seria un tour muy completo,tendria fruta,desayunaria en el mercado,todo incluido y que el guia hablaba ingles... Nada de eso!!!fue una pesadilla,nada de desayuno,nada de ingles pues solo venia el que llevaba la barquita que estoy segura de que no tenia ni licencia para llevar pasajeros y lo poer de todo nada de mercados!!! Malamente me paso por uno,apenas paro y despues me paseo por los canales sin nada que ver!!!fue muy frustante!!al rato me paro en lo que parecia un homestay,yo me pedi algo de comer y el de la barca no si ni que hacia ni donde se sento,supongo que con los del negocio,el caso es que a la hora de irnos,me vienen con la cuenta de 2 platos y 2 bebidas,les digo que yo solo he bebido una cosa y he comido un plato y me dice que me han incluido lo del driver,que el dice que yo lo invitaba!! Al negarme a pagarle la comida,este me subio a la barca y salio corriendo y pude ver que era a conciencia,pillaba todos los bache para que el agua me empapase,pasamos cerca de un mercado flotante y lo rodeo par que yo no pudiese verlo.me dejo en puerto antes de lo previsto y me pedia que le diese propina!!!carisimo y horrible comparado con otros tours!!!

Cheap hotel with good view of river

We stayed here during the Tet celebrations, so our experience may not be typical. The hotel offers basic accommodation, some rooms without windows. Our "deluxe" room had the use of a shared balcony and overlooked the road, park and river beyond, probably the best place to be. Street noise was a bit of a problem, also the room faces south and receives the full heat and glare of the sun once curtains are drawn. Aircon and wifi were OK. Various minor faulty items: a window shutter that wouldn't lock, a leaking plug hole in the washbasin. Water supply was erratic, but Reception staff had a way of restoring it when it cut off. We only had occasional hot water, but cold showers were not much of a problem in the very hot weather. Reception staff were charming, but we had to make an issue of getting daily supplies of tea, bottled water, towels etc. That said, the location is very good and the cost is very low.

ボート乗り場に近く、部屋も清潔で、値段以上のホテルでした。 チェックインの際、田口ランディーの「忘れないよベトナム」に出てくるMS.HAがボートの売り込みに来ました。 隣に外国人向きのレストランもあるので、食事にも困りません。
