It deeply troubles me to learn about the issues you faced with our staff's attitude and the unfortunate incident regarding your missing belongings. I appreciate your understanding regarding the investigation into the missing bikini. We conducted an inquiry with our team to address the behavioural concerns you raised. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain a conclusive result. In our efforts to provide clarity, we attempted to reach out to you on WhatsApp to understand whom you spoke to. Additionally, we made all available means to track the bikini with our team and through CCTV. However, it appears that your room was not clearly covered by our existing cameras.Regarding the availability of sunbeds in the pool area, your feedback has been duly noted. While sunbeds are sometimes in high demand, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis due to space constraints, we will assess the possibility of increasing their numbers to enhance the guest experience.On a positive note, I'm pleased to hear that you found the rooms to be lovely and the overall cleanliness of the hotel satisfactory.Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously, and I will personally address these issues with our team to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
