Canary Wharf, London hotel rooms at the Hyde Park Hotels

"I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long periods, but they’re well-kept and functional. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a prime location with great transport access, this is a solid choice. "

"The ambience of the hotel was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. I did not try the spa or gym, so cannot comment on them, but I'm sure they were equally great."

"Bed and pillows were terrible.Worst nights sleep and going back to work as tired as i left.Pillows not supportive.Drinks not great as smoothly was not made fresh.Chai latte wrong when ordered and bland tasting!"

"I’ve stayed at The Ark at Canary Wharf for extended periods and keep coming back, which probably says everything. I’ve been staying here on and off since November last year, often for months at a time, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference when you’re somewhere long-term rather than just passing through. The building itself is well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stands out is the level of service and the atmosphere the team creates. I’ve stayed in plenty of places around London and this is one of the few where you actually feel looked after. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, and that’s rare. If you’re considering staying here, I’d highly recommend it."

"Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel."
