Lovely room with a small kitchen Bathroom was lovely and clean Air conditioning did not work and it was so hot on the 8th floor even in October! Due to this I would not stay here again

Clean, comfortable and very convenient for the O2. We were pleasantly surprised by the coolness of the rooms on a very hot day. A lovely small apartment that would be great for a longer stay. We would certainly stay again if attending an event at the O2.

Lovely apartment and decent size with somw rooms facing a nice marina. Great location close to tube and shops. Nice balconies too. Less good was the service- beds were not made, missing towels for the guests that were booked, air conditioning leaked lots of water etc.. Other than that I would stay again.

Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!

We booked the place for a weekend away, and it was more than what we expected. The place was very clean, kitchen had everything that we needed. The view in the balcony was amazing. And the staff were very welcoming.

Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel.

I took my son to the Minecraft experience we stayed here and had such a lovely stay. Easy short walk to the tube station so easy access to the rest of London. Really lovely lady on reception who helped us with this. Quiet place with the stunning buildings made it a wonderful stay, I'll definitely look to stay here again when visiting London. Room was beautifully clean, modern and a comfy bed.

Perfect for our family, 3 children & 4 adults (booked two rooms). Ideal kitchen for stay in meals, grocery store 10 minute walk. Tube 10 minute walk and bus line 5 minutes walk. Nice view from balcony. 10 minutes away from Big Ben by Tube.

Lovely sized room and balcony on the premium studio. Good amount of kitchen equipment, could do with a few additional items for the combi microwave to cook certain things with ease. A few little things like netting in the window could be replaced as it was a little worn and grubby but rooms were clean, staff were lovely and fantastic location.
