On the first night (Friday, 16‑10‑2026), although a small table for two was available at the restaurant, the receptionist refused to seat me for dining solely because I was a single guest and instead offered a bar stool, which I declined. This behaviour is unacceptable, and management should take corrective action regarding this staff member."

"I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The price was great. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had the best nights sleep. The free continental breakfast was really nice and had plenty of choices. You also get free undercover car parking. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in Canberra."
