"I was literally unable to check in. It wasn’t until the day of check-in that I was told that I needed to provide a down payment. This has not been mentioned in any previous communication. Upon reaching the owner by phone, they notified me of a form to fill out to pay the down payment. I was unable to access the form.
The owner seemed entirely disinterested in helping me. He did in fact provide no help.
I was unable to check in and had to get other accommodations. By far the worst experience I’ve had with any Expedia booking."
"The room was all OK, but the bed was very firm. The room was towards the street, with no AC, so we had to choose from warm room or the noise from outside. The breakfast was rather disappointing and din not feel to be worth the money. Parking in nearby parkinglot was free - a big bonus."

(unsure of spelling but this is how I pronounced it) He was friendly, professional, kind and very informative. Very please with my visit!!"
