" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"The staff here is wonderfully caring. You can tell the property is a bit dated but they do so much to care for it and keep it clean and organized. We loved the family friendly entertainment and music by the main pool. It was a bit loud for the older adults in our group but the 20-40 year olds found it fun. All the Mexican food at the restaurant was delicious so I’d stick to the taco stand for lunch and Azul’s breakfast items in the morning. We found the nighttime entertainment just Ok but the fire show on the beach was pretty fun. Of course the beach was great. The water was a bit rough so you can only swim out so far but it is fun to catch the waves in. There is a lot of seaweed you need to step over to get to the water, but the seaweed issue at every resort across cancun April through to October. Overall our family group of 11 people (2 kids 7-9, an 18 yr old, adults, and grandparents) had a great time and found something there to enjoy about the resort."

"We were very pleased with our 7 day experience at Secrets The Vine. The staff was terrific! Everyone from reception to wait staff to bartenders to housekeeping to the entertainment crew was just excellent. We upgraded to Preferred Club and were very happy with our large and spacious room on the 21st floor, and with the Preferred club lounge. The personalized service from the Preferred staff was great! The food was very good. We ate breakfast and lunch at the Market Cafe buffet every day and could not have asked for a better selection of great tasting food. We had dinner at Dragons ( Asian), Olio (Mediterranean, Preferred club guests only), and Sea Salt Grill ( Peruvian). We enjoyed them all. Don't miss the Sunday night buffet at Sea Salt Grill, a wonderful choice of grilled meat from shrimp and fish to ribs and steak. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and well put together. We used the gym every morning and it as very nice. Lots o equipment and space. Everything seemed to be fairly new and well maintained. the choice of three pools on ground level was nice, all offered a different vibe for your mood. The Preferred Club pool was on the 12th floor. We only visited it once. It was nice but very secluded and not many visitors seemed to be using it. The ground level pools were much more fun for us. There seemed to be plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available for all guests to be accommodated. We would highly recommend this resort and will return in the future."

"An Amazing Experience at Haven Riviera Cancún! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Haven Riviera Cancún was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. This resort exceeded our expectations and gave us so many wonderful memories to take home. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to relax, disconnect from everyday life, and enjoy a little piece of paradise. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of restaurants and options to choose from. We also loved the drinks, the pools, the beach, and the beautiful views throughout the resort. Everything was designed to make the experience feel relaxing and special. Our room was comfortable, beautiful, and spotless, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The resort also offers plenty of activities and entertainment, while still having quiet areas where you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Haven Riviera Cancún was a wonderful experience. It was a place filled with relaxation, beautiful scenery, excellent service, delicious food, and unforgettable moments. 🏝️🏖️⛱️⛵️"
