If this is a place that you want to come relax and loung around then it's perfect for you. But the rooms have stains on the sheets and the towels. They seem to have old blankets and towels. The rooms are nice but they need to be updated. We were a part of the preferred members so we got access to our own vip loung and breakfast at "el patio". However, if you're not a part of the preferred then you only have the option to eat at the buffet for breakfast. We had food at the buffet and it was extremlly bad. Cold, undercooked, and dry. If you're comng to this resort make sure you're prepared to eat the food with a lot of salt. The drinks were pretty good, not too strong. The entertainment was ok, nothing exciting. For an all inclusive resort I thought it was crazy that we had to pay $100 US dollars for three people for the fire entertainment on our first night. All the people are super nice and accomadating and fun, but the quility for what we paid for didn't match. One thing I will say is don't book with the aqua people from the resort they wanted to charge us $75 for 30min jetski ride.You can definitly find cheaper outside of the resort. From the resort you can walk outside to the pueblo and get suvenirs, there is also a place where you can rent scooters for cheap. Make sure to go to the clubs that are down the block and the Coco Bongo show which is amazing. My experience was an 3/5 was not too bad but wouldn't return unless all the other resorts are booked.

Liked the beach area alot. Liked all the activities daily. Lack of chairs at the beach and pool was the only downside. But still the views are awesome.

The customer services was top notch. The beach was glorious. They had lots of activities to keep you busy throughout the day. There was a good variety of food options. We had the preferred package. I didn’t like that I had to get up so early to get a chair with shade in that section.

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews about the food, that was one of the best parts for me. Along with the daily activities and nightly entertainment, it was like being on a cruise ship, except the wifi and drinks are included. The only negative part (and the reason I only have 4 stars) is that so many people reserve the beach chairs despite the pool rules posted in numerous spots that states “do not reserve.” I can understand if people are going to the swim in the beach/pool and want to come back to a chair, but these people get up at 6 am to put a towel or hat to reserve their spot the whole day. For example, we would walk around around 7-8 am and 100’s of chairs were occupied with items only but only very few people actually around anywhere. I did try and move some stuff to sit down but I’m not really a confrontational person. The hotel should enforce this during check in process and throughout the day. That’s the only way I would give 5 stars but otherwise I would consider other options for a hotel.

Food was good , beach amazing!! Staff was all excellent except for the housekeeping. Housekeeping took our towels but didn’t replace , took the floor mat and didn’t replace. Someone eat the chips in the room that came with the fridge .. otherwise an amazing stay!

This resort was amazing all around! The staff was very helpful with everything and the activities were great every night. The food was amazing at every restaurant too! Amazing property, very friendly staff, restaurants are spot on, I might complain about the tone-down on spices and chilly on the food since they were majority US people at the facility. Staff people will usually approach you in English and will switch back to Spanish if you like. The beach it's beautiful and peaceful, very low sea levels at even probably 10 yards. Walkable surroundings, you can easily reach the bar street including the famous coco-bongo. It doesn't look like a familiy friendly hotel but it really is, highly recommend to those who want to spend an amazing time.

Rooms were cleaned well. With the sand from the beach it is ever present from your sandals. Room service did a good job cleaning it. Super weird to me someone stalks you don't after you check in supposedly to show you to your room and around the property. But it is a bit of a show since ultimately they need to take you to their desk for spa coupons where they try to get you to sign up for a time share presentation. Like you didn't pay enough to stay there that they need to be selling you more. And there are a good number of people doing it as there are three desks for the purpose. Maybe they act like it is guests services but I wouldn't go back to ask them for anything when they were really trying to just book you the whole time for a lame time share sales pitch. If you don't mind the time share pitch do it through one that gives you a discounted stay (half price) not the spa coupon they try to get you with (not to mention you choose to do it instead of them trying to corner you into signing up)

If you’re looking for good Food This is not the place we tried it all, it all just sucked. Stuff was good but not excellent. Our room fridge had Old bottles coke and other beverages with mold on. Befor you drink look really good.

The property is older and needs a face lift. Our room had a water leak from the toilet which was not addressed while we were there. Not all rooms have balconies so make sure to check your reservation prior to getting there. The spa was great. The hotel money they give you is kind of a joke. It is just coupons, and you cannot use all of your coupons to pay for a service.

Staff lacks of problem solving skills, they don’t look for the best for the guests, they have a very narrow mindset. Examples are multiples but If they run out of cups, they don’t try to look for another cup in the entire resort, in the buffet are you have to take the table that they want you to take, you need to announce and check in everytime you are in or out of the buffet area… with no reason!! Washroom availability by the restaurant is limited. Honestly I wouldn’t be back to this Hotel or Cancun. If you are a Spanish speaking person they wouldn’t give you the attention that you deserve, they only want the foreigns that will give them more tips despite that is not the case! Rooms are clean very late around 4pm, my room was not tied up for 2 days in a row. Super disappointed with Cancun and this hotel

From moment of arrival we were treated like royalty! We arrived 4 hours prior to check in. We were greeted at the shuttle with a damp hand cloth that smelled like a fresh spa then guided to concierge where they collected our bags to store until our room was ready, handed us glasses of champagne and gave us a concierge guided general tour of the property. We opted to wait on the beach until our room was ready. They were SO accomodating! They told us to enjoy all of the amenities while we waited. During this time there was a chef on the beach making Paiella (Yummy!) The beach waiter, Angel, never let our drinks run dry. The beach concierge Alex was nothing short of amazing! He was constantly freshening our towels on our chairs and asking if there was anything he could do for us. He even walked the beach asking everyone if he could clean their sunglasses for them! The bartender Juan at the baracuda bar was always smiling and ready to whip up whatever your heart desired. There were activities from morning to night! We never left the resort, not once did we feel the need to! I have been to MANY beautiful places and this place is definitely at the very top but the service, food and drinks make this place the best vacation we have ever had!

Everyone was very friendly. An outside sitting bar would have been a nice touch, really isn't a lot of area to sit and enjoy outside with beverages. Lobby area was nice, but being outside sitting would have been nice, An outside sitting/bar area outside the VIP lounge would have been great too rather than all inside seating. Otherwise, loved our vacation. This is our 3rd Dreams Property stay. Thank you!~

Great hotel. The staff are really top notch, they conduct themselves like a 5 star hotel. Gustavo, on the beach, is awesome, he made our time very enjoyable. All of the restaurant servers were fantastic. Enrique really stood out, going above and beyond constantly and personalizing each meal. You are lucky to have Enrique!

Family resort, clean for the most part but some facilities like the swimming pool tiles are a little worn out and outdated. Food was so-so. But it’s all inclusive so it’s worth the money if you bring the family

The staff is incredible, manny, tino, frediriquo, Antonio and Angelo! Overall the entertainment team is amazing! The food is awful but the staff makes up for it. My son had an awesome 7th birthday and out of US experience
