Llegamos muy de madrugada, y nos levantamos tarde, pedimos de favor 10 minutos de tolerancia para hacer check out, y una señorita muy pesada nos dijo, no, rotundamente, fue muy poco amable, después otra persona cuando bajamos las maletas y explicamos lo que había pasado nos permitió volver a la habitación para bañarnos y alistarnos

The location is excellent. Didn't like the bathrooms because the drainage is very old and sometimes gives some bad smells. Also, the floor of the shower is not very appropriate and is a little slippery and the light is too opaque. Needs lighter bathroom so ladies can work on their makeup.

Hotel Plaza Kokai is clean, functional but sparse. Perfect is you are not planning on staying in the hotel all day long. The only issue I had was that the hot water for showers tendered to run a bit lukewarm for my tastes and the street noise could get loud at times. The staff were all very nice and professional. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly and helped with the humidity.

En general el servicio e instalaciones están bien, sin embargo las habitaciones les faltan algunos detalles como botes de basura o mesas de noche, aunque es algo que se puede solventar con el resto de muebles. La terraza luce descuida y un poco abandonada.

No hot water. The phone in the room was dead, no connection. The receptionist was not welcoming, like indifferent to us upon our arrival. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. We checked out after one night to another hotel. Requested for refund.

En general me parece buena opción, sin embargo la atencion del personal es muy poco o nada amable. Al llegar a recepcion salude y nadie me contesto.... gracias y nadie me respondio. Muy mal. Y en la habitación los colchones son muy malos, el aire acondicionado exageradamente hace muchisimo ruido, el agua para bañarse tiene un oloor muy fetido. La alberca pequeña que tienen estaba muy sucia, blancosa con espuma . Para pasar la noche, una noche, esta bien

No airport shuttle, nice pool.
No hotel airport shuttle. We rang the hotel from the airport and were told to hire a taxi, and get a receipt for reimbursement from the manager. It was $90 USD, plus a $10 tip. The manager denied the phone call and refused to reimburse anything. The room had a noisy air conditioner. The pool is lovely. The waiter spoke no English and the menu was in Mexican - but we worked it out. The drinks were good.

El hotel es tranquilo pero creo que para decir ser se 4 estrellas la verdad se queda corto, la habitación estaba súper descuidada, las conexiones no funcionaban, la mesa oxidada, el desayuno que incluye también es súper poquito No me quedaron ganas de regresar 😔

El hotel es basico, pero las camas cómodas necesitan cambiar sus toallas ya que están rotas, la ubicación es buena y el estacionamiento es en la calle solo cuentan con 4 cajones para dejar el coche el resto tendrá que dejarlo en sus alrededores En general solo bien
