We had not stayed the room I reserved.
I booked including kitchen, but itโs not my room.
Complained hotels.com they heard Element gave us suite room for compensation, but itโs lies. I just got a studio standard.
The manager of this hotel has not reach out to us.

โI stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. โGreat hotel close to stadium. I just wish somewhere on the rooftop could be reserved for hotel guest only. It would have been nice to be able to eat a meal there and enjoy the views. It was way too crowded with locals. Iโm not against that just wish you had a place for hotel quests to enjoy as well. Overall a great hotel. Food and bar was awesome. Outside patio was nice. โ

โI chose this hotel as it is close to my conference place and the room rate is lower than other nearby hotels. It is located to a MARTA station that brings you to the airport within 20 min. Burger King, McDonald, and Subways are just nearby (within 5 min). This hotel provides quite good American breakfast and equipped with three fast moving elevators. The front desk staffs and restaurant employees are kind to the guests. Rooms carry a big refrigerator and a microwave oven as well as a coffee...

2. water: available on the 1st floor only in the morning.

โThis place checks all the boxes for a quiet and convenient stay. My only complaint (with 3rd party Global Luxury Suites) is that my door fob didnโt not work therefore I couldnโt leave my apartment because I couldnโt lock it. Thankfully I had my daughter with me whom stayed inside everyday to lock the door behind me. I wasnโt provided a new fob until friday(5 days later). Other than that my stay has been great.โ
