"The room was clean and just as shown in the pictures; The loft and bedroom beds were comfortable but the mattress on the sofa was thin and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean with a nice walk-in shower. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The grounds were scenic and clean. "
"Room was clean and very nice. Parking was easy. We walked to a concert at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center. Would definitely stay again for downtown Asheville visits/events."
"We booked a room in the corner to face the city in order to avoid all of the noise from the highway on the other side of the building. Unfortunately, we got exactly what we were trying to avoid: A room on the third floor close to traffic on the highway and extremely noisy. We were informed because it was a third party booking, the information provided must have been inaccurate and they would not honor it. Also, they overbooked king size bed rooms. Otherwise, we thought the hotel was very nice and the corner room is nice and roomy. Our only complaint on the breakfast buffet is the food is not heated properly once out and the food tended to be cold. "
"I have to say this place claims to be a resort and charge you three to $400 a night. This is no resort if it wasn’t for the people that worked there this place wouldn’t be a good place. The People made this place but this is no resort and it’s not even worth the money, especially to sleep down in the basement."
"Very nice property right in downtown Asheville. Staff was over the top friendly and very helpful. Starting with the valet to the front desk staff to housekeeping everyone was very nice. Room was very nice with extra touches like Bluetooth mirror and power shades. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains."
"Beautiful hotel, very modern and relaxing lobby area, friendly front desk staff. Nicely stocked sundries shoppe including adult beverages which was a nice touch. Adding Celsius would be really awesome as Redbull is gross in my personal opinion, so just a diversity in energy drinks would be a great plus. The food is where this place really shined! All of the breakfast and lunches were AMAZING!!!! The food & beverage staff were all amazing and very accommodating as well. The banquet rooms were really large, well air conditioned, and the audio/visuals were great. Our conference was lovely and I really enjoyed it. Clean public restrooms, and very large hotels suites. My room was large, spacious, with a clean bathroom and a dark bedroom which was fantastic for sleeping. Sadly I did not get a chance to visit the rooftop but I heard it was great. Overall great stay and I would come back for sure."
