"Paid cash for the room and authorized the deposit to be charged to a debit card. The deposit was never taken out and held, charged for the room a second time. Two identical amounts, never could speak with anyone who could confirm the error. No help at all."

"I thought I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in only the handicap room was available with two double beds. It wasn't a problem but I felt bad taking up them handicap room in case someone who really needed it showed up and needed a room. The check in lady said it was the only room available. It was really nice that the hotel is connected to the restaurant so you don't have to go outside. The computer was not working when we checked in and there was 4 people there waiting for us all to check in. It took longer to get us all in with the computer service going up and down but the check in lady finally got us all checked in. Very nice hotel tho. Not really complaints, just minor glitches. Would stay there again and recommend to others."
