It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. "Stayed 8 nights during the Cannes Film Festival. The location was perfect with the Festival only a short 10 minute walk away. And the harbor was only one-half block away. Anything else you might need is nearby. My room was basically a somewhat sparsely furnished apartment, with a complete kitchen and separate bedroom. The full refrigerator with freezer was nice. And heated towel rack in bathroom came in handy. I didn't use the TV or heating/AC unit. The double bed, was actually two twin beds...

"From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"
