Fine for an overnight stop

Overnight stop on a long road trip, staff very friendly and welcoming at both very late check in and check out the following morning. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Adequate free parking.

The hotel location was perfect and it is away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.specially Emily with the dark hair. The room was spotless and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable and we slept soundly the whole night. The hotel atmosphere was very quiet The coffee is nice. I will recommend this to my friends.

The staff went above and beyond - thank you. A very warm summers day and the air con does not reach temperature. Also, the room door did not lock but convenient location for where we needed to go.

Great staff. Warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great and again breakfast staff were lovely. My only issue was I upgraded to a room with a bath tub. When I got there I was told by staff that none of the rooms had a bath tub and they didn’t know why it had been advised as this. Besides this for a nice stay it’s well worth the money

Value for money but a mixed bag

Parking is confusing upon arrival as the bays are marked for local businesses, but then told you can park anywhere. Check in was smooth and staff were polite. Room was adequate for the price paid, but there were some dubious stains on the chair in the room, the tv remote had some sort of goo all over the back of it and the tv was in the wrong place for the bed. Bed was comfy but pillows were lumpy. Air conditioning was fab. Shower was good but the shower head needed some attention. No teaspoons in the room.

Don't face the sun

Stayed for one night. This hotel is literally in the middle of an office park. Welcome was good. Lift a bit slow. Had a room facing the sun and so was brutally hot. The a/c was weak at best so room remained too hot. Breakfast good.

Excellent value for money stay. Emily on reception and in the bar/restaurant were very helpful and friendly and were instrumental in us booking to stay again when next in Cannock for business. Good size rooms including air conditioning and a fridge Nice large towels and clean room. Easy free parking as well. Recommended.

Nice position, great staff!!

The hotel is, well placed and comfortable... Air con worked well! Nice shower and room However the cold water system had a squeezing noise in the bathroom and bedroom... Which stopped when cold tap on on low flow. Brilliant reception staff, vety friendly and helpful... Top marks! .
