Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence
Very unfriendly staff. The restroom shower flooded and the only think they offered was towels. Never did they resolved the problem. Very expensive hotel to have a flooded restroom. Very disappointed.

Hotel Horto Convento
Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. Fantastic! The staff was very helpfull, the rooms were impeacable (and warm) and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Better than an hotel in our opinion. Congrats! The only drawback as lack of EV charger... but they said it was coming..
