The room was exceptionally neat. It was a much larger room than expected. The room was mostly well-equipped. It was missing a spare blanket, and could have used a second comfortable sitting-chair. The one glaring omission was that there was NO shower curtain ( I had to search for someone to provide one).

Typical Cape Cod motel. The room was clean and large. It could use a makeover at some point but it was comfortable and clean.

The only thing we didnt like is the smell of smoking cigarettes next door..but everything else was great..we will definitely stay agai!

Great Location, typical motel
Pros: Great location, room was ready to check-in early, woman at front desk was friendly and helpful, microwave/fridge in the room. Cons: Very thin walls- could hear the TV in the room next door until late in the night, room wasn't all that clean- there was a hairball stuck to the wall in the bathroom Overall, I think you get what you pay for. The room was dated and a little bit dirty, but the location and price were great, so it worked well for what we needed.

It was a great place. Clean, quiet and close to where we needed to be. It's also close to a lot of food and convenience store options. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot, just need to pay attention to details
This motel is located in a great spot on the mid Cape on beautiful property. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a strong smell of must. We dropped off our things, opened the window and turned the bathroom fan on. Came back 5 hours later and still smelled musty. The room had been updated recently and the room looked clean. The bathroom had some dead bugs on the vanity, leading us to believe that no one had stayed in this room for a while, as it was a seemingly a handicapped room.The towels were clean and smelled like bleach, however the shower curtain had multiple gray stains on it. The AC/radiator floor unit was very dusty with some sort of debris, and seemingly untouched for a while, so I was afraid to turn the heat on when it got to 45 degrees that night. And clearly the tip envelope had been a permanent part of the room as it was stained and wrinkled, so I did the next guest a favor threw it out and left the cash tip for the cleaner on the dresser. The same front desk staff from the day was there at check out, and did not ask me how was stay was, so I didn't say anything.

I do not think we would have had any maid service if she would have not seen us coming out of our room. We had to ask her to remove our garbage and get clean towels.

Room was cheap but needs to be updated. Need many updates.the bathroom shower was really old. The shower mat was so old that we didn't want to even step on it .

We had a nice stay. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The cleaning persons were loud when talking at the laundry station. They sounded like they were in the same room. Other than that it was great. We will stay again

Electrical issues in the room, it was also dirty and sheets stained with brown spots. The toilet seat was broken and the drain had an awful smell.

The location is perfect. Our only complaint, the dog friendly room has two small beds only and we could not put them together. Me, my boyfriend and my dog slept on one small double bed. Only brought enough bedding for one bed, next year will bring enough for two. You do not need your own linens, we prefer to when we stay away from home. Everything else was wonderful. Trail behind the hotel was perfect for walking our dog in the morning and night. Close to the best beaches in the Cape. Property was nice very quiet. I would have gave a 5 star for cleanliness but there were handprints on the walls but everything else was clean. Will return for sure.

I did not like that people do not park in their hotel room parking space, and at times we had to park and carry loys of things halfway down from our room. To me this was inconvenient.

We recently had the experience of staying at Captain’s Quarters, and our initial impressions were quite mixed. Upon checking into our room, we were immediately struck by a strong odor of cleaning supplies. While the scent might be considered a sign of cleanliness to some, for my wife, who has asthma, this proved to be an uncomfortable start to our stay. The strong chemical smell lingered, causing her considerable discomfort. Additionally, we noticed a significant issue with the door to our room. It failed to close tightly, leaving a gap of approximately 3/4 of an inch between the door and the door frame when fully closed. This raised concerns about both privacy and security during our stay. Despite these issues, we hope that the management at Captain’s Quarters can address these concerns for future guests, as the other aspects of our stay were satisfactory. I believe that attention to such details can greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was amazing and the location was excellent. The check-in was super easy and the front desk very helpful with recommending places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend staying here!
