Hotel has industrial and unique interior design. Don’t expect flash. Do expect wonderfully friendly staff and eclectic feel. We were scammed by the airport taxi so be aware to get a taxi taxi. Not people who say they are. The receptionist staff were very helpful with this towards our credit card. ...

The weekend receptionist is warm & friendly. Provided excellent tourist advice. The person who checked us in was friendly & detail. Con number keys, entry devices to enter/exit. Thin walls.

The Onyx Apartment Hotel by NEWMARK
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They always made me feel welcomed and were very helpful. The room was phenomenal too - especially my view of table mountain. This place was well worth the money!
