"This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. "

The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes. "I had a really enjoyable stay here at Hotel Sucre for 3 nights. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Shirley was brilliant. The rooms were very modern, clean and spacious. The towels were new and clean also. I felt very safe as the hotel had a guard who was also very helpful. Food options were great with choices of dishes and drinks. I used the laundry service which was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent, 1 minute walk to the Metro and only 3 minutes to the main square. "
