“Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

“Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall.”

“Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...
