Staff was nice and breakfast was great! Attentive breakfast staff making sure food was available and area clean! Room's bathroom door wouldn't stay open on its own and don't think fan worked properly as the moisture from shower made floor, door and walls wet. Would stay there again.

Great stay!

Staff was very friendly when I called to let them know we were going to be a late check-in. And when arriving the night staff was just as nice in person, very friendly in the AM as well for breakfast. We did not check out the swimming pool area but I would say it was clean too if the rest of the place was like it was !!

Beautiful & clean hotel! Rooms are in the process of being updated bed and pillows are very comfortable and the rooms are very nice! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! We will stay here every time we visit SIU Carbondale.
