"Im more upset with Expedia for this experience. This hotel was listed as Carcasonne and we should have done a little more homework but we were strapped for time. This hotel is located nowhere near where we wanted to be (the heart of Carcasonne). "This hotel Is outstanding. The situation inside the Castle citeé in breathtaking and safe! Quietly luxurious with amazing staff. The cocktail bar is relaxing with talented bar staff. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu in the Michelin restaurant- the service and food were exceptional - sad to leave but I will definitely return in 2026. Merci beaucoup x"
