“ My room was fairly clean, but there were several things that could definitely be improved. The coffee maker needs an upgrade, and there were no tea kettles in the room. Also, there were no slippers provided, which I usually expect as a standard hotel amenity. Lotion was only given on the first day at check-in and never replenished. “I absolutely loved our time here at Marriott Resort. The staff is amazing and the facilities are pristine. We stayed over Easter weekend, and although it was crowded, there's lots of room to relax. The beach is back as well! Water is pristine here and there is snorkeling opportunities at a makeshift reef just offshore. WE LOVE JEROME. Never a problem securing a chair, even when seat-hogs hoard them. Just ask the staff and they will take care of it. ”

“Our stay at the W Punta Cana was far from ideal. While the property's design is beautiful and fitting of a luxury hotel, our group of ten experienced severe health and hygiene issues. On our last day, five people in our party suffered from severe diarrhea; we strongly suspect that the freshness or quality of the food was compromised. Furthermore, six members of our group broke out in red rashes, and five people sustained numerous bite marks that strongly resemble bedbug bites”

“The rooms and the property are really pretty mediocre. Marriott and Aloft are connected, rooms must be pretty similar. Staff are friendly. Place seems more suited as a local convention center. Restaurants with 0 ambience. Bizarre, sterile rooms without any decoration. Feels like it was built in a hurry in 2 weeks by a Punta Cana construction company. Building is too high for this country; not sure if I would want to be inside if there were an earthquake.... I have also stayed in Courtyard Naco...

“Excellent outstanding service! Highly recommended! Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. Victor at the bar was amazing. Restaurant staff was superb and delicious food. Will by definitely staying here again in the near future.”
