“Very impolite staff and noisy.... I will never recommend to all person”

“I normally have an incredible stay at the Heathman but this time not so much. I had poop smeared in my bathroom upon checking into the room. The a/c was not working well and I sweated all night. The front desk lady was rude and made me feel like a hindrance for asking the poop be removed from my bathroom. I will say—there was one front desk lady that was super kind and helpful. The restaurant was also delicious per usual and they were really kind. Be mindful that the kitchen closes before...

“The hotel located very close to the airport, a good place to access the airport if you need to fly early. Hotel is very clean, and roomy.”

“It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us.”

“I don't normally stay in hotels let alone write reviews- but I HAD to for this one! Not only is it just a beautiful property, the rooms themselves are so spacious, refreshing, calm, unique and clean! This is also a little more than I typically spend on a room and I had zero regrets! ”
