“The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a lot of neck pain. The room was nice and roomy but the sink was dirty with a bunch of dark gray debris that was smelly. “The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the fact they put multiple pillows on each bed. I also enjoy they still have microwaves in the rooms, as a lot of hotels are removing them. The breakfast is also always decent”

“The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean. Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

“Horrible. MASSIVE ADA violation as I had a seizure on the property, was robbed during my episode, and then removed from my room due to other guests being “uncomfortable” with my condition yet no emergency services were contacted whatsoever. The rooms are disgusting, the staff is rude, the stairs are in gross disrepair, there is no accessibility for disabled people, no amenities, no customer service. Avoid at all costs. The Super8 across the street would probably be better.”

“The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.”

“The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. ”
