Honestly one of the best places to stay if it’s your first time in Portland. Super convenient, friendly staff and awesome rooms. Looking forward to staying here again
Excellent location, close to so many good places to walk. Easy to get to events as tram was so close. So many options eat and to explore. Enjoyed really not having to see anybody from the staff, but I felt like any help I needed was available.
Really such an eclectic place to stay. The room was great with even better beds. Super supportive and comfortable. The lighting could have been a bit brighter and perhaps a spot for a towel near the sink would make things easier. In all, I highly recommend this boutique hotel. The location is also ideal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Staff is also very accomodating and friendly. Great vibe there.
Staff was amazing! So helpful in helping us secure an early check in for the room we had requested. Friendly and they followed up with us personally. We will be back.
Repeat stay at a great property in close proximity to mass transit and shopping in downtown pdx. Try the attached coffee shop, walk to Sizzle or catch a movie at Living Room Theater across the street. Stroll down the aisles and aisles of books at Powells. Walk to Washington Park, and take Wildwood Trail up to Pittock Mansion for a breathtaking view of Portland, or detour to the redwood trail for unforgettable views. Take a quick bus to Hawthorne and enjoy a brew and movie at The Baghdad. Try on some closed across the street at Buffalo Exchange. The area around the hotel is transforming some, bring an extra pair of shoes in case you step in human feces on the sidewalk.

Great space and they even upgraded our room when we asked for an early check in
Clyde is an older hotel. It's a bit funky but the beds were clean and comfortable. We had a room that was on the main street (Harvey Milk Blvd) and the room had a barn door over the window so everything was quiet at night (surprisingly). The staff was friendly and it was nice to sit in the common area and chat with other guests. There is a coffee shop right next door that I appreciated since I have to have coffee first thing in the morning. I brought my 12-pound dog and was charged an extra $58 for the 2 nights we stayed. I thought it was only $20 per night but had to ante up the extra regardless. I probably wouldn't stay there again but just because I'd prefer to be in a different part of Portland.
The hotel was amazing staff was very nice! Air conditioning worked the room was small but very worth it! I highly appreciate them being able to hold our luggage before checking in! Bathrooms were kept very clean! Even not being attached to the room! They don’t have parking but there is a parking garage dow the street with security! Which was also good! Highly recommend staying here!!!
The place was great, close to everything. No parking area in the hotel, you need to look for parking and it is expensive if you stay several days. We have a problem in the room that was assigned to us but the staff was very helpful and resolve the situation right away.
