"A place to stay for one night. Not sure if owner think Covid is still an issue or a statement about the neighborhood as the office door is kept locked at all hours and you do business from outside through a window. Shut access to my unit at 9 am and left message at office window that they were not available for 30 minutes. Luckily I had all my belongings out of the unit. Had fridge and microwave in unit but no coffee maker. Unit was clean but no heat in bathroom so need to really heat up unit to warm up bathroom to take shower. Probably not an issue in summer. "

The reason for my 3 star staff review is that when we left at 6:30am, the front desk person was far from hospitable and helpful. It was disappointing, but won’t keep us from coming back!"
