This was truly an amazing hotel and exceeded all expectations. The property is beautiful, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were huge, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and everything well organized and fresh. Overall, the accommodations, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere made this a wonderful stay. My stay met my expectations and was overall enjoyable. The location was extremely convenient for my needs, as I needed to be close to downtown Vancouver. I did experience one issue—the stovetop in my suite did not work, so I wasn’t able to cook as planned. Because I was in town for work and had a busy schedule, I didn’t have time to address this with management during my stay.
