Our stay was very good! Excellent location for our trip purpose, and the train stop is right around the corner from the Hotel ( coming from the airport). The shower water pressure was the only thing that could have been better in our stay ( the pressure was low). If I return to Portland I will consider staying again at the Hotel.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve rented from this establishment twice and loved it. One king room bed was so comfy and plenty of space to walk around. One double queen room beds were comy but the actual space was a lil tight. Noise level was very nice.

Staff were friendly and welcoming! They didn't judge the gaggle of furries staying at the hotel for a convention across the street and that's pretty freaking ebic! The room key being required in the hotel to use the elevator was a bit of a hassle at times just because if you didn't time it right you'd have to scan your key again. Will definitely be considering this hotel again should I be attending another con in the future!!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of a busy area in Portland. The room was very clean, with a great city view, comfortable beds, and great bathroom amenities. The rooftop restaurant had a variety of foods and drinks, with a nice happy hour menu and spectacular views of the city. The price is very reasonable for the hotel and the restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would stay here again!

I had a great stay and really appreciated the hospitality of the staff. As an Expedia Gold member, I was upgraded, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. What stood out most was the housekeeping service. At check-in, I was asked about my room cleaning preferences, so I never had to call every day to request service. On one occasion, I called the front desk around 5 PM to ask about having my room cleaned, and they took care of it right away. The staff was friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. Thank you for the excellent service—I would happily stay here again.
