โThis is our second summer staying at the Ocean Palms and we love it! Proximity to the beach canโt be beat. We love the hot tub and pool too. We also appreciate the ability to borrow towels and boogie boards because it makes our beach trips so much easier! โ
โGreat friendly service, clean rooms
and grounds. Older style and some things need to be updated and repaired. Bathroom hinges old and rusted, door trims looked as though they were chewed by a dog. Overall, family enjoyed and we will be back. โ
โNo dirty old carpet but new laminate floors. Lighting was terrific. We could actually read a book. The staff was receptive to any request. I was concerned there would be noise from the freeway but once doors were closed noise was minimal. Beds were fine. Not top grade but not lumpy or saggy. Slept just fine.โ
โGreat staff and front desk were helpful every worker we talked and asked for help helped very much. Rooms were clean and fridges were too ac worked great and tv was wonderful.โ
โThere were fleas in the room. Sheer drapes are shredded and need to be replaced. The mattresses need to be turned or rotated. The coffee carafe does not fit the maker. The water does not flow through to the pot. Otherwise the room was great. Clean and comfortable.โ
